Reinforced Concrete Pipes (RCP)
Our new state of the art manufacturing facility started production in 2015, bringing the uniformity and speed of automation to our processing equipment.
Our facility offers a 120,000 square metre drycast facility and contains an innovative manufacturing space. The capability of this new facility offers pipe manufacturing diversity and flexibility that are the envy of the industry.
Our product-line is made up of a comprehensive range of infrastructure concrete pipe products and is a leader with production techniques and innovation in casting and curing within PNG.
The plant has a capacity to produce up to 50 pipes per day on selected size ranges and up to Class 6 pipes.
A disciplined testing regime is undertaken ensuring conformance to the relevant Australian Standards. See more about Monier’s Standards and Accreditations.
Pipes are available with either a flush joint (FJ) or rubber ring joint (RRJ), ranging from 300mm to 1,800mm diameter, and manufactured in 2.5m lengths.
Rubber ring joint (RRJ) pipes are typically used for concrete pressure pipe applications.
